Order Processing Please allow 2 business days for order processing, Monday through Thursday. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates At this time, we only ship to the US and do not offer international shipping. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the chosen service.
- Free Shipping: Available on all domestic orders of $100.00 and up.
- Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): Rate calculated at checkout (Estimated delivery: 2 to 5 business days).
- Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): Rate calculated at checkout (Estimated delivery: 1 to 3 business days).
- Overnight Shipping (USPS Priority Mail Express): Rate calculated at checkout (Estimated delivery: 1 to 2 business days).
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin after the order has finished processing.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Golden Green is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims directly to the United States Postal Service. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at goldengreenboutique@gmail.com.
