Return Policy
We want you to have the best shopping experience and love your purchase. If things do not work out, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 21 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
How to Initiate a Return
Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you received a damaged item, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. To start a return or exchange:
- Email us at goldengreenboutique@gmail.com with your order number.
- Ship your approved return to: Golden Green Boutique, 319 S 4th Street, Suite 12, Waco, TX 76701.
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
- We highly recommend keeping your tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Condition Requirements
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet the following criteria:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags still intact.
- Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair, or any other stains or elements.
- Shoes must be returned with their original box placed inside another shipping box to protect them from damage. Please do not place the shipping label directly on the shoe box or tape it shut.
- If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, and the items will be returned to you at your expense.
Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange or store credit:
- All items marked as Sale
- Jewelry
- Sunglasses
- Intimates (including bralettes)
- Bodysuits
- Hair accessories
- Hats
- Candles
- Beauty or Personal Care Products
Processing Your Return
Please allow 5 business days for processing once your item arrives at our warehouse. We do not notify customers when packages arrive, so please monitor your return tracking number.
- Store Credit: Eligible on all regularly priced items. Store credits are sent to the email provided at checkout. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
- Exchanges: Once your return is received, we will process and ship your exchange at no additional cost to you. If your requested size is unavailable, you will receive store credit for the purchase amount.
